A heating company's website gets almost no attention in July and all of its attention on the first frigid night of the season. That is exactly when an expired security certificate, a broken click-to-call button or a plugin that updated itself overnight costs the most. Heat.Support exists to make sure the site has been looked after all year, so it simply works when homeowners need you.
What "website care" actually means
Website care is the routine, unglamorous work that keeps a site fast, safe and accurate: hosting, software updates, backups, security checks and small content changes. It is closer to a maintenance agreement than to a marketing campaign.
Most heating company sites are built once and then left alone. A year later the contact page still lists a technician who has moved on, the rebate page describes a federal grant that closed, and nobody remembers which email address the hosting account is tied to. None of this is dramatic. All of it quietly loses calls.
Our work splits into five parts, each with its own page:
- Managed hosting, so the site lives somewhere a responsible person is watching
- Updates and backups, done on a schedule with a restorable copy taken first
- Security and monitoring, so a compromised site is noticed early
- Monthly edits and support, for the changes you ask for
- Marketing upkeep, when you want the site to work harder, not just stay healthy
The services overview explains how to choose between them.
What we are, and what we are not
Heat.Support is a digital marketing and business consulting service. We look after websites and advise owners of heating businesses. We are not a heating contractor: we do not install, repair or service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps or anything else in a customer's home.
That matters for one practical reason. Everything we do is aimed at making your phone ring and your website tell the truth about your business. We never compete with you for a job.
Why heating sites need more care than most
A heating company's site has three habits that make neglect expensive.
- Demand arrives in spikes. Searches for no-heat repairs jump when the temperature drops, often overnight. A site that loads slowly or fails under load on that night loses the most valuable traffic of the year.
- The facts on the page change often. Rebate programs open, change and close. Prices move with equipment costs. Service areas grow. Every one of those changes needs an edit, and stale facts erode trust.
- The phone number is the product. If the click-to-call link breaks, or call tracking is pointed at an old line, the site still looks fine while sending callers nowhere.
A worked example you can redo with your own numbers
Suppose, purely as an example, your site normally produces 6 calls a day in January, one call in four books a job, and your average booked job is worth $450 in gross margin. If the site is broken for three days during a cold snap, that is 18 lost calls, about 4.5 lost jobs, and roughly $2,025 of lost margin.
At $149 a month, a full year of care costs $1,788 before tax. Put in your own call volume and margin. The point is not that care pays for itself every year. It is that one bad week can cost more than the year's fee.
Proof from the HVAC sites behind this service
Ali Sedighi has built more than 150 live HVAC websites, and the larger ones show what upkeep has to handle. BoilerPart.ca runs on 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic by 180%. HeatLand carries 850+ SEO articles and saw a 300% lead increase in 6 months. Sites of that size only keep their results if someone keeps every page loading, linked and accurate.
The results page goes through these cases and what they mean for a smaller company.
Coverage and pricing at a glance
We work with heating companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories from Vancouver, and we meet by video call or in person. Regional details such as French-language rules in Quebec or rebate changes in your province are covered on the areas we serve pages.
Care is priced in three tiers that match our website packages: $149, $249 or $449 a month, in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). The pricing page explains what drives the difference and how to choose. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial, no credit card and no lock-in.
Who you will deal with

Services
-
Managed hosting
Your site lives on hosting that someone is responsible for, so a slow page or an expired certificate gets noticed and fixed.
-
Updates and backups
Software, plugins and themes kept current on a schedule, with a restorable copy of the site taken before anything changes.
-
Security and monitoring
Logins, certificates, plugins and suspicious changes watched, so a hacked site is caught early and cleaned properly.
-
Monthly edits and support
A named person who changes your prices, hours, rebate notes, staff and seasonal offers when you ask, instead of a queue.
-
Marketing upkeep
Google Business Profile, local SEO and monthly reporting kept running on top of a well-kept site, when you are ready for it.
How it works
Tell us what your site runs on
Who built it, where it is hosted, who holds the domain and the logins. Most owners know two of the four. That is normal, and finding the other two is the first job.
Get a written care scope
We list what will be looked after, how often, and what counts as an extra, with the monthly price beside it. Nothing starts until you have read it.
Talk to a person, not a ticket
No forms, no portal to learn. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions
What is Heat.Support?
Heat.Support is a Canadian website care and marketing support service for heating and HVAC companies. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
Do you service furnaces or boilers?
No. We are not an HVAC contractor and we never install, repair or maintain heating equipment. The only thing we maintain is your website and the marketing accounts around it.
How much does website care cost?
Care is $149, $249 or $449 a month, depending on the website package it sits on, plus GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec). Full marketing plans that include hosting and maintenance start at $2,998 a month.
Do you promise my site will never go down?
No. No honest host can promise that. What we commit to is that someone is watching, that backups exist before changes are made, and that you hear from us when something breaks rather than finding out from a customer.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain should be registered in your company's name, and you should hold an owner-level login to every account. If that is not true today, sorting it out is one of the first things we help with.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. The 7-day free trial covers a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is needed.
