About Heat.Support

Heat.Support is the website care arm of a Canadian group that has built more than 150 live HVAC websites. It is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, from Vancouver, British Columbia.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Heat.Support looks after the websites of Canadian heating companies: hosting, updates, backups, security and the steady stream of small edits a busy business needs. It exists because building a good heating website is only half the job. The other half is keeping it fast, safe and true for years afterwards.

The company

Heat.Support is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serves clients across Canada.

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Brands under Sedighi.ca include HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital and Trades.Agency, along with BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue growth. Ali founded it and serves as its Founder and Managing Partner.

Within that group, Heat.Support belongs to the HVAC.Agency family. Our care tiers are the monthly hosting and maintenance fees attached to HVAC.Agency's website packages, and our marketing upkeep is delivered through its monthly plans.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads Heat.Support. His degree is an MBA in Technology Management. His digital marketing career runs 17+ years, back to 2007, the year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver.

Ali is the founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and of MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

Most relevant to this site, Ali has built more than 150 live HVAC websites. His portfolio includes CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling, BoilerPart.ca and HeatLand, among others. That experience is the reason Heat.Support focuses on heating companies only: the seasonal spikes, the rebate content and the no-heat emergency call are familiar ground.

You can read more on his profiles at sedighi.ca and hvac.agency.

What we are, and what we are not

Heat.Support offers digital marketing and business consulting to Canadian heating and HVAC companies, with website care as its focus. We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not install, repair or maintain furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters or any other equipment, and we do not send anyone into a customer's home.

We also do not offer legal, privacy-compliance or engineering advice. Where a website touches on regulated topics, such as licence numbers, privacy obligations or French-language requirements, we link to the official body and keep your published wording accurate. The decisions remain yours and your advisers'.

How we work

Website care rewards boring consistency. Our approach follows from that.

  1. Ownership first. Your company should own its domain, hosting account and Google Business Profile. We help you get there if you do not today.
  2. Everything in writing. Before any work starts, you receive a scope listing what we look after, how often, and what counts as an extra.
  3. Backups before changes. No update or edit starts without a restorable copy.
  4. Seasonal discipline. Big changes happen in the shoulder seasons. During the heating season we make essential changes only.
  5. Plain reports. You hear what was done, what broke, and what we changed, in language that does not need translating.
  6. No lock-in. If you leave, you leave with your site, your accounts and your data.

Why a care service, and why heating companies

Many heating companies have paid for a good website once and watched it decay. Plugins fall behind, a staff page goes stale, a rebate page describes a closed program, and nobody notices until a customer points it out. A care service puts one accountable party in charge of preventing that.

We focus on heating because the stakes are seasonal and sharp. A broken site in July costs little. A broken site on the coldest night of January costs real jobs. The results page shows what well-kept HVAC sites have achieved, and the pricing page explains the three care tiers. To talk it through, contact us by call, text or email.
