What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Which channel to use

Each channel suits a different situation.

  • Call when something is broken and you want to talk it through, or when you would rather explain your situation out loud.
  • Text when you are on the road or between jobs. A short text with your web address is enough for us to take a first look.
  • Email for anything with detail: a list of changes, screenshots, or the history of who built and hosted your site.

There is no form to fill in, no portal to join and no booking calendar. You reach a person.

What to include in your message

A useful first message answers five questions. You do not need all five, but each one saves a round of back-and-forth.

  1. Business name and city. So we know who you are and which market you serve.
  2. Your website address. The single most useful piece of information.
  3. What you need. A broken site, a takeover, a care plan, a list of edits, or a general check-up.
  4. What you know about the setup. Who built the site, who hosts it, and who holds the domain, if you know.
  5. Best time to reach you. Especially if you are on job sites during the day.

A template you can copy

Hi, I run [Business name] in [City]. Our website is [web address]. It was built by [builder, if known] and I think it is hosted with [host, if known]. I need help with [what you need]. You can reach me around [time].

What happens next

After you get in touch, three things happen:

  1. We look first. Before we reply, we visit your site, check the obvious warning signs, and note anything urgent, such as an expired certificate or broken contact links.
  2. We talk. You speak with a senior strategist about what your site needs and what you would like it to do. If a care tier fits, we say which one and why. If it does not, we say that too.
  3. You get it in writing. If you want to go ahead, you receive a written scope and price. Nothing starts until you approve it. The 7-day free trial, with no credit card, can start at the same time.

Questions about working with us

Do I have to be in BC? No. We look after heating company websites in every province and territory. See areas we serve.

Will the same person handle my account? Your account is led by a senior strategist who knows your site. Details of who does what are set out in your scope.

What if I just want advice? That is a reasonable start. Plenty of owners begin with a conversation and our website care checklist, and decide later.

Do you service heating equipment? No. We are not a heating contractor. We look after websites and marketing only.

If your site is down right now

Call or text (604) 632-4959 and start the message with "site down" and your web address. While you wait, check that your Google Business Profile shows the right phone number and hours, because many customers will find you there first. Tell whoever answers your phones that the website is having trouble, so callers who mention it get a calm answer. Then leave the site alone: well-meant fixes during an outage often make recovery slower.

Before you get in touch

If you want to prepare, two pages are worth a look. The pricing page shows the three care tiers and what drives cost, and the services overview explains what each part of care involves. Neither is required reading. Call, text or email whenever you are ready.

Frequently asked questions

What is the fastest way to reach you if our site is down?

Call or text (604) 632-4959 and say the site is down. Include the web address so we can look at it straight away.

Can I text after hours?

Yes. Texts and emails can be sent at any time. We keep office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Do I need to know technical details before I get in touch?

No. Your web address is enough to start. If you know who built the site or where it is hosted, that helps, but finding out is part of our job.

Will I be pressured into signing up?

No. The first conversation is about what your site needs. Many owners leave it with a short list of fixes they can make themselves.
